How To Check JAMB Re-assignment Status


The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) wishes to inform the general public, most especially 2015 post-UTME candidates, that the portal for the checking of the institutions candidates are transferred to has been activated.

Follow the steps listed below to check the school you are re-posted to free;

1) Visit the JAMB website on (www.jamb.org.ng)

2) On the "2015 UTME" menu, click on "Check Where you have been posted for Admission"

3) Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided and click on "Check" to access your information.

New Policy: JAMB Announces Date For Candidates To Check Their Re-assigned Instututions


The Joint Admission And matriculation Board has advised candidates who are affected by the new JAMB Admission policy to check the schools they have been re-assigned to from August 5th, 2015.

However, the procedure on how to go about this has not been released. by JAMB

We therefore advise candidates to keep their fingers crossed and wait for the release of the procedure which will be available on this site the moment it is released.

JAMB announces cut off marks for polytechnic and University admissions

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced the 2015 cutoff marks for both University and Polytechnic/Colleges of Education admissions. The cutoff mark for University admission is put at 180 while that of polytechnics and Colleges of Education admission is put at 150.
JAMB registrar, Dibu Ojerinde, announced the cutoff marks at a press conference in Abuja today July 14th.
